| Additional | Klaserie Dam is situated in a private reserve. Is is independantly and privately managed although the surrounding area belongs to the Department of Water Affairs. It is safe for camping and caravans alike and the typical bushveld atmosphere enhances the ambiance while the wildlife can be heard in the background. There are plenty of trees and grass (which is kept short). Electrical points are situated all over the Island and can easily be accessed |
